Ask before you buy
The fastest way to avoid buying the wrong plan is to ask. Tell us your goal and how much time you have, and we will point you at the one that fits.
Get in touch
Include your goal, roughly how many hours a week you can train, and your event date if you have one. That is usually enough to answer in a single reply.

Common questions
Before you email
Which plan should I buy?
Try the plan finder first — four questions and it will point you at the right one. If you are still between two, email us with your goal, how many hours a week you have, and your event date if you have one, and we will tell you which fits.
Do you offer one-to-one coaching?
A small number of places, kept deliberately limited. There is a waitlist rather than open enrolment — see the coaching page.
I bought a plan and something is wrong with it.
Email us and we will sort it. If it is an access or billing problem, TrainingPeaks support can usually resolve it faster, since that is where the purchase happens.
Can I get a refund?
Plans are covered by the TrainingPeaks refund policy. With the author's approval, a plan can be exchanged for another of equal value from the same author. Refund requests must be made in writing to TrainingPeaks within 24 hours of purchase with a detailed explanation, and are assessed case by case. Email us before you buy if you are unsure and we will steer you right.
Do you work with triathletes?
Yes. The Virtual Training program is built for cyclists and triathletes alike, and the base plans transfer well to the bike leg of a triathlon build.
Can I use these plans outdoors?
The Sweet Spot and B2VT plans are written to work anywhere. The Zwift Base plans are designed around riding in Zwift, though the workouts still export to a Garmin or Wahoo head unit if you want to take them outside.
