One-to-one coaching
Waitlist
Shayne takes a small number of one-to-one athletes. When a place opens it goes to the waitlist first.
Most riders do not need this
That is worth saying plainly. The majority of riders who ask about coaching are looking for structure, progression and a reason for each session — and atraining plan gives you all three for a one-time price rather than a monthly one.
One-to-one coaching earns its cost when your situation will not fit a plan: a complicated calendar of target events, a return from serious injury, a specific qualification you are chasing, or a season where the training has to be rebuilt around you repeatedly rather than followed as written.
How the waitlist works
Places are limited and open irregularly. Email with what you are training for, your season so far, and what has and has not worked, and you will be added to the list. There is no charge to be on it and no obligation when a place comes up.

Not sure which of the two you need? Email either way and say what you are trying to do — if a plan would serve you better, you will be told so.
